Benstan Stephen
Founder & CEO
Benstan Stephen is the Founder and CEO of URBX, the region’s first Wellness-as-a-Service (WaaS) company, transforming urban living by integrating wellness into residential spaces. With over 18 years of experience as an IT Business Consultant for Fortune 100 companies, Benstan worked closely with C-level executives on strategic, financial, and operational planning through SAP solutions. This experience equipped him with a solid foundation in scalable systems and high-level execution.
In 2015, Benstan transitioned into the wellness industry, managing operations and scaling teams in fast-growing fitness businesses. By 2018, he recognized a critical gap in urban wellness: it was not inclusive and did not cater to the diverse needs of city dwellers. His vision was clear—wellness should meet people where they are.
In 2022, with a renewed focus on health and community, Benstan launched URBX to meet the growing demand for accessible wellness. Today, URBX is redefining urban living by turning residential towers into wellness ecosystems with personalized fitness, community programs, and lifestyle-enhancing amenities.
Through strategic partnerships with visionary developers, URBX enhances the value of residential properties, adding an exclusive wellness dimension that elevates both resident well-being and property appeal, driving long-term value.
